This is the perfect time to look back on your New Year’s Resolutions and see how far you’ve come. Often, we leave our goals on pieces of paper that we haven’t returned to after New Years. At the end of the year, we are struck with the feeling that we didn’t do anything worth celebrating. (Which is why we ALL need to journal, but that’s another post!)

How to build a morning routine
As a college student on summer break, I didn’t really have much planned to do or accomplish today. This morning I woke up, brushed my teeth, made a simple to do list, went to the gym for a 30-minute workout, and then came home, where I almost burnt my house down making breakfast.
