Welcome to Studying Life with Gigi!
Hey, there, it’s Gigi.

I am an 22-year-old college grad living in New York City. I attended the University of Virginia and I studied Media Production while minoring in Bioethics. Go Hoos!
Studying Life with Gigi is about living intentionally, my post-college life, and self improvement. We should all seek to live life according to our values and our priorities instead of living out of fear or the cycle of busyness. My blog offers tips, advice, and commentary on living in accordance to your values that best benefits you!

Music I love
Paramore – I am a fanatic and I will always love them, despite the changing lineup.
The Maine always gets better with every new album.
In 2019, I went to my first concert ever with Parachute – and there I realized I’d been listening to them since 2012!
I also love The Story So Far, Tonight Alive, State Champs, Movements, and Citizen. But I’m always looking for new tunes.
Check out ~musicwise~
Paramore’s Brand New Eyes – loud and sad simultaneously, making it my fav Pmore album.
The Maine’s Lovely Little Lonely – nostalgic vibes with instrumental medleys, utterly introspective.
The Story So Far’s Proper Dose – legitimately the album that got me through the first year of college, about finding peace through the hard times.
Pierce The Veils’ Misadventures – very cool sonically and so put together!
Citizen’s Life in Your Glass World – it takes a few listens but it’s such a dance-y emo album.
A Fine Frenzy’s One Cell in the Sea – if you’re feeling moody and ethereal, this one’s for you.
I started Studying Life with Gigi because I wanted a place to dump out all that I’ve learned and all the things I’m thinking about. I hope to teach a few lessons, so you can gain some knowledge.
I hope you explore Studying Life with Gigi and stick around!
